Important Notice for U.S. Customers

Effective immediately, all sales to U.S. destinations are final, and we will no longer accept returns for orders shipped to the United States.

This policy change is due to new tariffs imposed by the U.S. government on goods from Canada. As a result, returned items are now subject to additional customs fees, clearance charges, and tariffs, which we are unable to absorb.

If you are shopping from the U.S., please ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we do accept return and refund within 7 days of receving your item, but the shipping cost are not refundable. If you mistakenly placed an order and would like to cancel, please request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

All items must be in original condition when we receive the package. Damaged items are not refundable. For personal hygiene reasons we are not able to accept retunr or refund for wearable items.
