Divine Gem was born from a powerful dream—a vision that set me on a path of transformation. In that dream, I sat in silence with a master who held a large Lapis Lazuli sphere. We exchanged no words, only presence. Surrounded by a brilliant white light, the master passed the sphere to me, signaling it was time to begin my journey.
That dream sparked a deep curiosity that led me to explore the world of crystals. As I searched for my own Lapis Lazuli sphere, I began learning about the healing properties of stones, collecting them, and connecting with their unique energies. What began as a personal journey quickly became a calling.
In 2017, feeling unfulfilled in my corporate job, I took a leap of faith and founded Divine Gem. I wanted to create, connect, and share the magic of crystals with others. I joined a lapidary club in Burnaby, BC, and started showcasing my handmade pieces at local gem shows. The warm response inspired me to keep growing.
By June 2018, we opened our first retail store in Victoria. Since then, Divine Gem has continued to expand, offering thoughtfully sourced crystals, minerals, and gemstones from small, family-run suppliers around the world. Every product we carry is something I would personally use and work with—that’s our promise.
